A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order blocking President Donald Trump’s National Guard deployment in Illinois for two weeks. Texas guardsmen have been on the ground in the greater Chicago area, with the Trump administration saying they were needed to protect ICE and other federal property and personnel.
