Antony Price, who has died aged 80, was a fashion designer celebrated for his collaborations with pop stars; beginning with Mick Jagger, he went on to design for the likes of David Bowie, Lou Reed, Duran Duran, Grace Jones – and, most famously, Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music.
