WILKES-BARRE — A Candy Cane Trail is coming to Downtown Wilkes-Barre from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The initiative is bringing together 15 local restaurants for Small Business Saturday, which the organizers are saying is about more than just retail.
