Prosecutor to announce decision on retrying Christopher Schurr for murder

A second-degree murder trial for former Grand Rapids Police Officer Christopher Schurr resulted in a mistrial earlier this month. Schurr was accused of killing Black motorist Patrick Lyoya in April 2022.
